Election of Office Holders and Committee Members

All members are reminded that the Annual General Meeting of the Weston Creek Men’s Shed will take place at the Shed on Thursday 4th November 2021

You are further reminded that you have to be a financial member TO VOTE and be eligible to hold an office. The new Financial Year started on 1st July 2021 and you have 30 days grace to renew your membership before you will be deemed as a Non-financial member

Members please note that only financial members of the WCMS can be nominated for the above positions, and only a financial member can nominate another member, and that member must agree to the nomination by signing the Nomination Form. All completed Nomination Forms must be with the Secretary seven (7) days before the AGM held on the 4th November 2021. Nominations will be accepted by the Secretary up until Close of Business at the WCMS Thursday 28th October.

A Proxy Voting form will be made available 7 days prior to the AGM, when all nominations have been received for the Committee vacancies.
